How We Process Your Request

  3. Processing: We process your request within 30 days of receiving all necessary information.
  4. Response: We provide you with the requested information or action, along with an explanation of any steps taken.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all GDPR requests within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, this may be extended by an additional 60 days. We will inform you if an extension is necessary and explain the reasons for the delay.

Fees

Most GDPR requests are handled free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee if:

  • Your request is clearly unfounded or excessive
  • You request multiple copies of the same information

We will notify you of any fees before processing your request.
